Current Regular Opportunities at PCI Include:

Oversee various PCI projects of a highly complex nature, especially with external customers. Uses business, management, budgeting, and analytical skills to deliver projects on time within budget and scope

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years experience managing IT/Software Projects
  • PMP Certification

We seek an accomplished instructional design and delivery expert to help develop, launch and deliver an internal certification program for our employees. This position will work with subject matter experts and human resources to create a blend of technical training, industry training, and employee/leader development. The person selected will be involved in hands on course design, development, delivery and administration for 150+ software developers, business analysts, etc. The position requires a professional skilled at developing highly engaging online as well as classroom courses.

Job Location: Norman, OK 73072

Job Duties:  Power Costs, Inc. (PCI) in Norman, OK works closely with energy traders and plant operators to understand and analyze energy needs, and to develop custom software solutions to optimize the available energy assets (i.e., electrical, solar, water).

PCI is seeking experienced Sr. Technical Consultants to evaluate client requirements and needs to perform software installation, deployment, integration, customization, support and maintenance services for PCI clients. Individual will work closely with PCI clients to ensure the custom software is installed accurately and performing properly and will work with the clients to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical, architecture and best practices support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products from inception through deployment.
  • Perform testing, documentation and quality assurance for new product features.
  • Resolve technical issues to ensure successful customer delivery.
  • Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
  • Champion technical architecture adherence/divergence and provide guidance to project delivery teams.
  • Provide project management for internal product development projects.
  • Monitor market changes to align PCI products accordingly.
  • Travel extensively to client sites.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Internships

The PCI College Internship program is a structured, supervised, short-term opportunity for undergraduates, graduate students and recent graduates to perform tasks that benefit PCI as well as providing the intern with knowledge and experience. Students in the PCI Internship Program have the opportunity to build on classroom theories to make real decisions and solve relevant problems. The typical internship at PCI lasts one semester and internships are offered in the Fall, Spring and Summer. Participating students are paid and may also receive academic credit from their university.
